The result from the Philippine Regulation Comission of the recent Licensure Examination for Librarians (LEL), held last November 22-24, 2011 at Bicol College, Legazpi City. In Bicol Region, only six (6) out of 59 examinees passed the Licensure exam and three of them are from Ateneo de Naga University.
They are; Ms. Maria Rica B. Arce, Ms. Cindy O. Asug and Ms. Christine R. Fuerte. All are graduates of Bachelor in Library and Information Science in March 2011. They were all first takers, which gave Ateneo de Naga University a 75% performace rating among schools in the Region.
The other 3 passers were from Aquinas University, Bicol College and University of Nueva Caceres.
