Photocopy - Photocopying is available at the ground floor of the library to enable the readers to keep copies of periodical articles, some contents of a book or manuscript of unpublished materials. The photocopying attendants charge a minimum cost for this service.
Current Awareness - Selected articles on general interest and latest update on research, discoveries and inventions, and jackets of newly acquired books, CD-ROMS and AV materials are posted on the bulletin board.
Recently procured books are also displayed on shelves on the third floor of the library.
In addition, the center publishes the James O'Brien, S.J. Library Bulletin detailing an extensive list of new library materials, news about the library activities and other relevant facts to the users.
Inter-library Loan - Books, articles and other materials are not available in the James J. O'Brien, S.J. Library but available in other libraries may be borrowed by a students upon writing a request letter to the university librarian. A service fee for loaning of the said materials is charged to the borrower.
