Resource Center for the Blind, Inc., Raul S. Roco Library, City Hall Compound, Naga City -- In coordination with World Bank-Manila, World Bank KDC AdNU staff improved the installed teleconference facilities for the conduct of a vital video-conference on a proposed Naga River Rehabilitation Program of Naga City LGU. The project was the learning output of selected city government officials who attended World Bank Institute training program.

    AdNU library staff and student volunteers attended the presentation of the project at National University of Singapore not only to the participating implementting offices of the city government, but also to the peer city LGU of Quezon City and local governments from countries such as Cambodia, Indonesia, among other participating developing countries assisted by World Bank.
