	World Bank’s Access to Information Policy Seminar

Orientation-Training on World Bank Access to Information and Open Access Data Catalog will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011, Friday, 9-4 pm at the Electronic Resource Center, James O’Brien Library. This is open to all librarians of public and private colleges and universities in the province and the region. The participants will be introduced to a basic appreciation on and maximizing free access to the rich, online data sources of the World Bank. This is in coordination with the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc.- Bicol Region Librarians’ Council. AI and Open Data would be facilitated through a hands-on/simulation exercise by Mr. Vincent Abrigo of World Bank External Relations.
